Kim joined Rocq Capital in March 2021, bringing with her a level of experience and rigour that the finance function of any regulated business needs. She is a Chartered Secretary, having qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, now the Chartered Governance Institute, in 1997.

Her background includes extensive corporate accounting and administration experience across Guernsey's financial sector, most recently as Finance Manager at Saffery Champness. She manages the accounts function at Rocq with the kind of quiet competence that tends to go unnoticed when everything is running well, and becomes very apparent when it isn't.
