Mark joined the Board of Rocq Capital Holdings in September 2016, bringing with him a career built at one of the world's most recognised professional services firms.

He spent the majority of his career with KPMG across London, Hong Kong and Guernsey, eventually becoming Audit Partner, Head of Audit and Senior Partner of KPMG in the Channel Islands. That breadth of experience across jurisdictions and at the most senior levels of a major firm gives him a perspective on governance, risk and financial oversight that is genuinely valuable at board level.

Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a former chairman of the Guernsey branch of the Institute of Directors.
