Paul joined Rocq Capital as an Investment Manager in August 2026, bringing extensive experience across a broad range of asset classes and client types.

He began his career as an actuarial trainee before moving into investment management with Kleinwort Benson. Over the years, he has managed fixed income, equity, multi-asset, and derivative-based portfolios for private individuals, trusts, pensions, charities, funds, and institutional clients, including subsidiaries of FTSE 100 and FTSE 350 companies. He has also served as a director of regulated funds and special purpose vehicles.

Known to almost everyone as Boris, Paul brings a combination of technical knowledge, experience and an easy manner that made him a natural fit for the Rocq team.

Paul is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He has previously served as President of the CISI Guernsey Branch and remains a member of its Committee.
