Tom Robertshaw

Tom has spent 30 years in advertising and marketing, working across London agencies, Channel Island businesses and financial services brands.

He began in London on the Sainsbury’s account at Clark & Taylor, before moving through agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and working with brands such as Flybe, Continental Airlines and Peugeot. That grounding in strategy, creative craft and big-brand thinking shaped his approach.

After moving to Guernsey, Tom joined Wallace Barnaby, then the largest agency group in the Channel Islands, rising to Group Managing Director. He later founded LRD, a leading strategic creative agency, before merging with TPA Group in 2019. Tom is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.

At Rocq Capital, Tom works closely with the board on brand strategy, marketing direction and wider communications delivery.
