Les Bourgs Hospice Les Bourgs Hospice provides the highest levels of compassionate and professional care to patients suffering from life-limiting illnesses, as well as their loved ones. All Bailiwick residents are able to come to the hospice as an in-patient, as well as for respite or day care and there is no charge for the services provided. GROW Guernsey’s Rural Occupational Workshop (GROW) was founded by the Guernsey Society for the Mentally Handicapped (now Guernsey Mencap LBG). GROW's function is to provide training and a sheltered work environment in horticulture for people with a learning disability. www.grow.gg

Rocquaine Regatta The annual event at Rocquaine is a fun-filled day designed in and around Rocquaine Bay on the west coast of Guernsey. The fun for all the family includes swimming races, raft and boat races. Many beach based activities and competitions take place, always concluded with the 'tug-o-war'.
